Official Rules – Talking Points Giveaway

1. Sponsor
The giveaway is sponsored by Moola!, creator of Talking Points (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. How to Enter
To participate, entrants must be an active Moola! subscriber at the time of entry and at the time of drawing.

A valid referral means the referred friend: (a) is not currently subscribed to Moola! at the time of referral, (b) subscribes to Moola! as a result of the referral, (c) is an active subscriber at the time of the drawing, and (d) has opened at least two Talking Points newsletters before the drawing.

There is no limit on the number of valid referrals an entrant may submit. Incomplete, invalid, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

4. Entry Period
The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM PT on August 30, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on December 31, 2025.

5. Prize
One winner will receive a $50 Amazon digital gift card. Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Amazon is not a sponsor of this giveaway.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible referrals. The entrant who referred the selected valid referral will be the winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid referrals received. The winner will be notified via the email address associated with their Moola! email subscription. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected. The winner will also be announced in the Talking Points newsletter after the giveaway closes.

7. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Moola!, its parent company Upkart LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

8. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administering the giveaway and managing Moola! email subscriptions, and will not be shared or sold to third parties.

9. Agreement to Official Rules
By submitting an entry, entrants agree to these Official Rules and confirm that they are at least 18 years of age.
